Refund Policy

1. Month-to-Month Plans
If you are not approved by a Provider after submitting your intake form, you will receive a full refund of any consultation fee paid.
If you are approved and a prescription is issued, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
2. Medication Costs
Medication costs are non-refundable once the medication has been shipped by our pharmacy partner.
3. Prepaid Multi-Month Plans
Prepaid multi-month plans are non-refundable after the first shipment has been processed. If you cancel before the first shipment is processed and have not yet received a prescription, you may be eligible for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email help@mdmd.com within 7 days of the charge. Please include your full name and the email address associated with your account.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
6. Pharmacy-Dispensed Medication
MDMD is not responsible for refunds on medication dispensed by our pharmacy partner. Refund requests related to dispensed medication are handled on a case-by-case basis directly with the pharmacy.
