1. Your CCPA Rights

As a California resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to know: You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, our business purposes for collecting that information, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
• Right to delete: You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (for example, we may retain medical records as required by law).
• Right to opt out of sale: You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. MDMD does not sell personal information.
• Right to non-discrimination: You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

2. Exercising Your Rights

To exercise any of your California privacy rights, please email us at help@mdmd.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity before processing your request and respond within 45 days.

3. Shine the Light Law

Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (the “Shine the Light” law), California residents may request information regarding the disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
